Sections group your pages by theme.

00:00:13

To add a section,

00:00:15

click the plus button.

00:00:18

To create a new subpage,

00:00:20

click plus page.

00:00:25

And then drag that page slightly to the right in the list of pages.

00:00:30

This creates a clear hierarchy.

00:00:32

The main page remains visible

00:00:34

and the sub pages are grouped underneath

00:00:37

to rename a section or page,

00:00:39

right click on it and write.

00:00:42

To rearrange your pages or sections,

00:00:44

simply click and drag to the desired location.

00:00:48

This method also works for subpages

00:00:51

so you can structure your notes in a logical and intuitive way.

00:00:55

You can move a page or section to another notebook,

00:00:59

right click on the item and select move or copy,

00:01:02

choose the notebook and target location

00:01:04

and then click move or copy as needed.

00:01:08

Tags allow you to mark your notes with indicators,

00:01:12

task to do,

00:01:13

important idea,

00:01:15

question,

00:01:15

etc.

00:01:17

Select the text you want to mark,

00:01:18

click home,

00:01:19

and then click tags.

00:01:21

Choose the right tag.

00:01:24

And you can quickly find all the important notes by searching by tag

00:01:29

with sections,

00:01:30

subpages,

00:01:31

and tags.

00:01:32

your notes are now perfectly organized.

00:01:35

You can easily navigate through your notebooks,

00:01:38

find information quickly,

00:01:40

and keep your ideas structured.

00:01:42

In the next module,

00:01:44

we'll look at how to add elements to your pages

00:01:46

like files,

00:01:47

images,

00:01:48

and even diagrams.
