and production has started.

00:00:11

I will need to communicate immediately on social

00:00:13

media and through newsletters to promote my range.

00:00:16

Can copilot help me write impactful posts.

00:00:19

Let's find out in this tutorial using the

00:00:22

copilot application available in my Microsoft 365 environment.

00:00:26

I make my request to co-pilot to generate a

00:00:29

social media optimized launch post for fruity boost.

00:00:32

I don't forget to reference my detailed technical

00:00:34

sheet in PDF format as supporting material,

00:00:37

the A I assistant structures, a concise text

00:00:40

visually suitable for a dedicated social

00:00:43

media post with impactful gimmicks highlighted.

00:00:45

Of course, it's all based on the technical sheet.

00:00:48

I initially provided the post also includes mandatory

00:00:51

emojis hashtags and tagline for dedicated network communications.

00:00:56

Of course, this is just a first draft. A base copilot.

00:00:59

Can you do the same but tailor the content distinctly for Facebook and Instagram.

00:01:05

The result is adapted by offering shorter content

00:01:08

for Instagram and more detailed content for Facebook.

00:01:11

The typical characteristics of posts on these two networks are well considered.

00:01:15

Now I ask copilot to generate additional hashtag ideas.

00:01:20

The brainstorming is done for me.

00:01:22

Then it's up to me to make my choice

00:01:24

or add more.

00:01:26

Let's now test in a new conversation. A type of newsletter communication

00:01:31

to multiply the communication channels.

00:01:34

I reference the same attachment as before and intentionally remain

00:01:38

vague in the prompt to see what will be generated.

00:01:41

The proposed email template also incorporates the

00:01:44

key points identified in my attached document.

00:01:47

It may be a bit traditional in substance and long in form Copilot.

00:01:51

Can you synthesize by adding information on pricing and offers?

00:01:56

The result is immediate but still a bit short

00:01:59

again, in natural language.

00:02:01

I ask the A I for more content,

00:02:04

maintaining an impactful tone and adding information about partner influencers.

00:02:09

The editorial quality of the result is convincing even though ultimately,

00:02:14

I consider that it may need a personal touch.

00:02:17

The most interesting element is the ability to use suggested

00:02:20

prompts like here where I'd like suggestion for a subject line

00:02:24

or here where I ask for more information about ecofriendly packaging.

00:02:29

For my part, I consider that Copilot provides the editorial impulse I needed

00:02:34

and I have once again saved precious time. Thanks to A I.
