Among its features,

00:00:10

adding a rating question is particularly useful for collecting feedback

00:00:15

or measuring a level of satisfaction.

00:00:18

By default,

00:00:19

a 5 star line appears.

00:00:21

The user will then be able to assign a rating

00:00:24

by choosing the number of stars corresponding to his or her rating.

00:00:28

You can then customize this assessment to your needs.

00:00:32

It is possible to set between 2 and 10 levels to refine the accuracy of the answers

00:00:38

and to replace the stars with other symbols such as numbers or smileys.

00:00:44

Remember to phrase the question clearly

00:00:47

and use the available options to duplicate,

00:00:50

delete,

00:00:51

or move the item in your form or quiz.

00:00:54

Additional settings are also available to enrich the experience.

00:00:58

Make the question mandatory or optional.

00:01:01

Add an explanatory subtitle via the three dot menu.

00:01:06

Insert labels at the minimum and maximum level of the scale

00:01:10

in order to specify their meaning

00:01:12

or to define branching paths

00:01:15

to adapt the rest of the quiz according to the answer given.

00:01:19

With these settings,

00:01:20

assessment questions become a powerful tool for collecting feedback in a simple,

00:01:26

clear,

00:01:26

and personalized way.
