3 collaborators,

00:00:05

Martin,

00:00:06

Sophie,

00:00:06

and Alexis lacked recognition.

00:00:09

Each had recently achieved major success,

00:00:12

but their boss,

00:00:13

Mister Stone,

00:00:14

was not the type to congratulate,

00:00:16

and colleagues also never congratulated each other.

00:00:19

Martin,

00:00:20

tired of the general indifference,

00:00:23

decided to congratulate himself.

00:00:25

He took a stack of colorful Post-its and

00:00:27

started sticking praiseworthy messages around his screen.

00:00:31

Well done,

00:00:31

Martin.

00:00:32

Such perseverance.

00:00:34

I'm glad to have you on my team.

00:00:37

When Mister Stone passed by Martin's desk,

00:00:39

he was speechless in front of this wall of self-encouragement.

00:00:43

Martin,

00:00:44

what is?

00:00:45

he began.

00:00:46

But Martin simply replied with a satisfied smile,

00:00:49

I needed a little pick me up,

00:00:51

boss.

00:00:52

Sophie,

00:00:53

on the other hand,

00:00:53

had a more audacious idea.

00:00:55

She sent herself a huge bouquet of red roses with a card

00:00:59

to the superstar of the Omega project.

00:01:02

When the delivery arrived,

00:01:04

the whole office was abuzz.

00:01:06

Mister Stone,

00:01:07

curious,

00:01:07

asked,

00:01:08

Sophie,

00:01:09

who sent you these flowers?

00:01:11

Sophie replied with a wink,

00:01:13

Myself to celebrate the closure of the Omega project.

00:01:16

Sometimes you have to be your own fan.

00:01:19

Alexis,

00:01:20

always extravagant,

00:01:21

chose a more discreet celebration

00:01:24

in appearance.

00:01:25

After signing a contract with a very big client and months of negotiation,

00:01:30

he hoped for positive feedback from his team,

00:01:32

his boss,

00:01:32

and colleagues.

00:01:34

On the 3rd day without any return,

00:01:36

he organized his celebration in the restroom with streamers and confetti in hand.

00:01:41

Nearby colleagues heard festive music,

00:01:44

dance steps,

00:01:44

and muffled laughter.

00:01:46

Mr.

00:01:47

Stone became concerned and waited behind the door.

00:01:50

Coming out,

00:01:51

Alexis proudly announced,

00:01:53

I deserved a little party to celebrate acquiring this new client.

00:01:57

The following week,

00:01:58

Mr.

00:01:58

Stone organized a recognition ceremony for the team.

00:02:02

Perhaps these three collaborators had finally inspired him

00:02:05

to recognize the value of his team,

00:02:07

or maybe he was just afraid of what they might come up with next.
