I need to create a product sheet for the line of fruity energy drinks

00:00:10

I want to market,

00:00:12

I'd like Copilot to help me populate and organize the content of this sheet.

00:00:18

I have a summary that I wrote manually

00:00:20

following decisions made via a Microsoft whiteboard.

00:00:23

During a marketing meeting,

00:00:25

I will use its content in my prompt in a moment

00:00:29

to start in word from a blank landscape format document. I select the copilot icon

00:00:36

I express my prompt that is my request.

00:00:38

Taking care to specify my need to create a product sheet.

00:00:42

I also specify the expected content features, ingredients pricing.

00:00:48

Additionally,

00:00:48

I take the opportunity to request a marketing

00:00:51

summary of the source document related to partnerships,

00:00:54

availability and key points of this document.

00:00:57

I do not forget to reference the file containing the summary.

00:01:01

After a few seconds.

00:01:02

Copilot proposes content that very closely matches

00:01:05

what I expressed in my first prompt,

00:01:08

both in terms of content and structure description features,

00:01:12

target audience pricing.

00:01:14

It's perfect.

00:01:15

In the marketing summary, our choices of partners,

00:01:18

communication on social networks and personas for customers to identify with.

00:01:23

It's all there.

00:01:24

I therefore keep the proposal that suits me

00:01:28

to sell a product.

00:01:29

The consumer must be able to identify with it and want to consume it.

00:01:33

Copilot,

00:01:34

can you generate an additional paragraph optimized for web search engines?

00:01:38

Seo while telling a story to generate desire among my future customers.

00:01:43

Again,

00:01:44

I do not forget to reference my source summary to help Copilot find inspiration.

00:01:49

The paragraph is generated.

00:01:53

Can you add by proposing a longer text?

00:01:56

Yes. A second block is added. Following

00:01:59

note that Copilot in word is a writing aid.

00:02:02

It is then up to me to organize and visually enhance the content.

00:02:06

As here where I spent about 20

00:02:08

minutes customizing this more than acceptable template

00:02:12

from the choice of fonts to the colors and the positioning of elements.

00:02:16

I did everything manually.

00:02:18

I note for informational purposes that the image was however generated via A I.

00:02:24

All that remains is for me to defend my project to the

00:02:26

leaders of my company by presenting this technical sheet exported to PDF

00:02:31

hoping to lead to the realization of my project.
