00:00:07

it's essential to efficiently organized tasks,

00:00:10

budgets,

00:00:11

estimated durations and priorities.

00:00:14

Chat GPT with its Canvas feature

00:00:16

allows us to structure this information in just a

00:00:18

few clicks while keeping it flexible for adjustments.

00:00:22

We start with a simple list of tasks,

00:00:24

each associated with a cost,

00:00:26

an estimated time,

00:00:27

and a priority.

00:00:29

Our goal is to turn this into a clear and functional table to guide the project.

00:00:34

First,

00:00:34

we select the canvas feature.

00:00:36

This option enables us to visualize and structure our data intuitively.

00:00:40

Let's ask Chat GPT to create a table with the following columns

00:00:44

tasks,

00:00:45

budget,

00:00:46

estimated time,

00:00:47

and priority.

00:00:48

In just seconds,

00:00:50

Chat GPT generates a well-structured and easy to read table.

00:00:54

Even better,

00:00:55

it automatically calculates the total budget

00:00:57

in cumulative time,

00:00:59

providing an instant overview.

00:01:01

With Canvas,

00:01:02

you can also easily adjust your data directly within the interface.

00:01:06

Need to change a task priority?

00:01:07

Add a new route?

00:01:09

Everything is possible with just one click.

00:01:13

For example,

00:01:14

I can request an additional column for task owners,

00:01:17

and Chat GPT will update the table

00:01:19

without having to recreate everything from scratch.

00:01:22

This table is now ready to be exported or shared with the team,

00:01:26

and thanks to Chat GPT's capabilities,

00:01:29

you can reuse this format for future projects without starting from zero.
