Microsoft Copilot offers significant

00:00:04

benefits during your meetings.

00:00:06

Here are some real life possibilities

00:00:08

used during a meeting of our educational

00:00:10

team to make it clear to you.

00:00:12

The main topic of our exchange

00:00:14

is about improving participant

00:00:16

engagement on our content platforms.

00:00:18

With four points we will debate

00:00:21

identifying engagement factors,

00:00:23

engaging educational methods,

00:00:24

the possibility of creating

00:00:26

a learning community,

00:00:28

improving our e-learning platform from

00:00:30

the beginning of the meeting for copilot.

00:00:33

To assist me and respond to my requests,

00:00:36

it's imperative to activate meeting

00:00:39

transcription that is turning our

00:00:41

verbal exchanges into written content

00:00:43

by specifying the spoken language.

00:00:46

Once that's done,

00:00:46

it's time for the Copilot pane

00:00:48

and it's many planned prompts

00:00:50

which I can use like here.

00:00:52

During the meeting,

00:00:53

by requesting an initial

00:00:55

summary of the exchanges,

00:00:57

copilot already offers me a summary

00:00:59

of the exchanges with the name of

00:01:01

the collaborator who held them.

00:01:03

Impressive.

00:01:03

Of course, entered requests

00:01:05

or prompts are also possible,

00:01:07

as in this example.

00:01:08

What I want a reminder of what

00:01:10

my colleague Eva has said so far.

00:01:12

Again,

00:01:12

after a few seconds the result is presented.

00:01:16

To get to the essence,

00:01:17

I use the provided prompt related to

00:01:19

the main ideas that have emerged so far.

00:01:22

copilot provides me with a synthesis

00:01:23

at the current moment with the

00:01:25

advantages and disadvantages of the

00:01:27

concepts we are currently exchanging.

00:01:29

At any time I can request a summary of

00:01:31

the meeting from the beginning until now.

00:01:34

Each summary block generated by

00:01:36

copilot is fuelled by our exchanges.

00:01:39

The small numbers opposite allow

00:01:41

access to the excerpt of the original

00:01:43

transcription used by Copilot.

00:01:45

The possibilities are really convincing

00:01:47

with here the perspectives by

00:01:50

category highlighting the points of

00:01:52

agreement and disagreement we have

00:01:54

on the subjects as the meeting progresses.

00:01:56

Have we made decisions on energizing

00:01:59

our training sessions so far?

00:02:01

I prompt copilot again who

00:02:02

summarizes the decisions made,

00:02:04

such as the importance of

00:02:06

post session feedback.

00:02:07

I also want to know more about

00:02:09

the problematic points raised.

00:02:10

I expressed this in the message area and

00:02:13

visualize the results as a mini summary.

00:02:16

Another more specific question

00:02:17

then was Alexis assigned any

00:02:20

particular tasks to do post meeting?

00:02:22

Yes on the tools that can be used in teams.

00:02:25

Now for the last time I request a

00:02:28

complete summary of the meeting, it's done.

00:02:32

We are at the end of the meeting and

00:02:34

before we part I want to know if there

00:02:36

are still unresolved or pending questions.

00:02:39

Yes,

00:02:39

especially on the creation of fun quizzes

00:02:42

and encouraging users to feed a community.

00:02:44

To conclude,

00:02:45

I would like copilot to generate

00:02:47

the meeting notes summarizing what

00:02:49

was said without too much detail.

00:02:51

If it's not suitable,

00:02:52

I can always check if all the

00:02:54

important points set at the start

00:02:56

of this meeting were addressed by

00:02:58

listing the five key points debated,

00:03:01

and then perhaps summarize in

00:03:02

relation to these points the

00:03:04

collaborators in charge of them

00:03:08

to make sure nothing is missed.

00:03:09

On which difficult elements to implement

00:03:11

in our trainings have we exchanged?

00:03:14

So here is a sample of the possibilities

00:03:16

that Microsoft Copilot offers,

00:03:18

helping you in real time during a

00:03:20

Teams meeting to maintain coherence in

00:03:22

management and giving you a vision of

00:03:24

the major points developed together.
