Since the deployment of Microsoft

00:00:02

SharePoint in our company,

00:00:04

many colleagues have been

00:00:06

creating SharePoint sites.

00:00:07

Unfortunately, many of them will not

00:00:10

be used as pretty much everyone just

00:00:13

discovers the product and tries creating

00:00:15

sites without really using them.

00:00:18

In order to remedy this problem,

00:00:20

we have decided as admins to disable

00:00:23

this site creations.

00:00:25

To do so, let's find ourselves in the

00:00:28

SharePoint Admin center and go to settings.

00:00:32

The left pane.

00:00:33

Once here we have the fourth option

00:00:36

style creation and we simply

00:00:39

have to untick the first box.

00:00:42

Users can create SharePoint sites.

00:00:44

Do not forget to save your changes and

00:00:48

now no users can create SharePoint sites.
