00:00:08

making it easier to share and use AI assistance

00:00:11

within a collaborative space.

00:00:15

Here's how to create and configure a chatbot in Teams.

00:00:19

From the home menu,

00:00:20

click on start now.

00:00:23

You can also go to the co-pilots tab and select Create a co-pilot.

00:00:29

Select the team that will be responsible for managing and using the chatbot.

00:00:35

You can then share the chatbot with other members

00:00:37

of the organization so they can use it.

00:00:42

If you're the first person to create a chatbot in a team,

00:00:46

co-pilot studio will perform initial settings,

00:00:48

and the loading time may be longer.

00:00:50

A window will appear,

00:00:52

allowing you to consult the official Microsoft co-pilot studio documentation

00:00:56

before closing it.

00:00:59

You will receive an email confirming that the tool is now available in the team.

00:01:07

Interact with your assistant even without full configuration.

00:01:11

Topic tracking on the right.

00:01:13

Enable this option to see the conversational process in action.

00:01:17

You can observe the generated responses and adjust them as needed.

00:01:25

Access the key elements of the chatbot,

00:01:28

topics,

00:01:29

entities analysis,

00:01:31

publication settings.

00:01:36

Co-pilot studio and Teams allows you to harness the

00:01:39

power of AI assistance directly within your collaborative workspace.

00:01:43

This approach makes the experience more intuitive,

00:01:45

interactive,

00:01:46

and efficient

00:01:47

while fostering optimal collaboration within your team.
