Whether you want to assist new hires in your company

00:00:12

or answer common questions,

00:00:14

here's how to get started.

00:00:16

First,

00:00:17

in co-pilot chat,

00:00:18

click on create an agent.

00:00:20

You will have two options.

00:00:22

Describe what you want your agent to do or configure it directly.

00:00:27

For this exercise,

00:00:28

we will choose the description option.

00:00:30

Before you begin,

00:00:32

take a moment to review an example.

00:00:34

This will help you understand the structure of an agent better.

00:00:37

For instance,

00:00:38

the prompt coach assists you in crafting precise

00:00:41

and ethical instructions tailored to users' needs.

00:00:45

Next,

00:00:46

specify the context and the tone of the desired responses.

00:00:53

Co-pilot will generate the necessary elements

00:00:56

and ask additional questions if required.

00:01:01

You can immediately test your agent,

00:01:03

and if any adjustments are needed,

00:01:05

specify them directly or refine the parameters in the configuration.

00:01:10

Once satisfied,

00:01:11

click on create.

00:01:15

By default,

00:01:16

the agent is only available to you,

00:01:18

but you can activate it by clicking on go to agent.

00:01:22

With co-pilot agent,

00:01:24

you can easily automate tasks and provide efficient,

00:01:27

personalized support accessible to the entire company.
