It's important to know that creating a

00:00:52

ranking question is similar for forms and quizzes

00:00:56

but with a nuance.

00:00:58

In a quiz

00:00:59

you need to sort the answers in the correct order when creating.

00:01:03

This allows Microsoft forms to automatically validate

00:01:07

whether the user has correctly ordered the responses.

00:01:12

Microsoft Forms offers several options for managing your questions and answers.

00:01:18

Delete suggested answers with the trash can icon,

00:01:22

duplicate or delete a question,

00:01:25

move a question in the using the arrows.

00:01:29

Make a question mandatory or optional.

00:01:32

These features allow you to customize your

00:01:34

forms or quizzes according to your needs.

00:01:37

By clicking on the three dots menu,

00:01:39

you will find additional options.

00:01:42

Shuffle options.

00:01:43

Answers will be displayed in a different order for each user.

00:01:48

Add branching

00:01:49

this creates a more dynamic user experience

00:01:53

directing respondents to specific questions based on their answers.

00:01:58

Switch to preview mode to see what the question will look like for your users.

00:02:02

This is to ensure that everything is working properly

00:02:06

before you share your form or quiz.

00:02:09

Using the Microsoft Forms ranking tool,

00:02:12

your collaborators can easily drag the answers into the desired order.

00:02:17
