but some texts could be improved?

00:00:09

Co-pilot is here to assist you.

00:00:11

Let's take 3 concrete examples.

00:00:14

For the first text,

00:00:15

it is correct,

00:00:16

but I think it can be optimized.

00:00:18

I select the block containing the text.

00:00:21

Then click on the co-pilot icon next to it.

00:00:25

By choosing the automatic rewrite option,

00:00:28

co-pilot suggests a new version.

00:00:31

If the result doesn't fully convince me,

00:00:34

I ask it to generate another suggestion.

00:00:37

This time,

00:00:38

it's perfect.

00:00:39

I validate this proposal.

00:00:42

For the second text it is too long.

00:00:44

I have developed my idea a bit too much.

00:00:47

I asked co-pilot to condense this paragraph.

00:00:50

The result,

00:00:51

a shorter text that retains the important ideas.

00:00:56

Finally,

00:00:56

for the last paragraph,

00:00:58

it was written by someone else,

00:01:00

and the tone is much too casual,

00:01:02

although the content is relevant.

00:01:04

I use co-pilot to adjust the style

00:01:06

and make it more professional.

00:01:09

With co-pilot and PowerPoint,

00:01:11

you can refine your presentations in just a few clicks for a clear,

00:01:15

impactful result tailored to your audience.
