Teams - Schedule a meeting from a conversation Tutorial

Schedule a meeting directly from a chat in Microsoft Teams by opening the conversation in the left panel, clicking the plus icon in the compose bar, and selecting schedule a meeting. A New meeting window opens with Details and Scheduling Assistant tabs. The participant list is pre populated from the chat; you can add optional attendees, set a title, start and end times, and view suggested slots. Add a channel, write an agenda, adjust options (recurrence, waiting room, recording, transcription), and send the invite to sync across Teams and Outlook calendars.
