it is recommended to review the settings to refine its configuration.

00:00:12

In the generative AI section.

00:00:15

You define whether the AI should be limited

00:00:17

to the content and behavior you designed,

00:00:20

or whether it can operate with more autonomy.

00:00:23

You enable advanced reasoning,

00:00:26

even though it may take more time.

00:00:28

You allow other assistants to use this one.

00:00:33

You can also continue using a language model that

00:00:36

has been retired for an additional 30 days.

00:00:41

You specify the format and style of the assistant's responses.

00:00:48

You determine the moderation level

00:00:51

as well as the default response in such cases.

00:00:57

You manage user feedback collection.

00:01:02

You define whether the agent can access general knowledge and optionally

00:01:08

information from the web.

00:01:10

You specify how files are processed and enable the code interpreter

00:01:14

if you have the premium license.

00:01:19

Finally,

00:01:19

by activating tenant graph grounding with semantic search,

00:01:23

you move from a library style search

00:01:27

keyword based

00:01:28

to an expert style search that favors context and meaning.

00:01:33

In the agent details section,

00:01:35

you can change the name and icon of your agent.

00:01:39

For security,

00:01:40

you have the following options.

00:01:43

You select how your assistant verifies the user's identity.

00:01:47

You manage the tokens for the default channels provided.

00:01:51

Connection settings deal with the permissions associated with the assistant.

00:01:56

The authoring canvas helps organize the nodes used in topics.

00:02:01

Entities provide real world information.

00:02:05

Thanks to them,

00:02:06

the agent quickly recognizes relevant data.

00:02:10

Skills allow the assistant to perform actions

00:02:13

such as scheduling meetings or managing tasks.

00:02:16

These are available with the premium version.

00:02:20

The voice section is useful if the agent

00:02:23

functions as a phone or video call assistant.

00:02:26

In the languages tab,

00:02:28

you can add secondary languages to expand your agent's reach.

00:02:32

In language understanding,

00:02:34

you choose between the default NLU model

00:02:38

or a predefined Azure model

00:02:40

such as CLU.

00:02:42

The component collection section allows you to

00:02:45

create reusable component libraries for different agents.

00:02:50

Finally,

00:02:50

in advanced settings,

00:02:52

you will find.

00:02:53

Links to Viva Insights,

00:02:55

agent metadata,

00:02:57

transcription enhancement options.

00:03:00

And the view solution,

00:03:02

which usually displays the common data services default solution.

00:03:07

A final tip

00:03:09

Only modify these settings if you fully understand their impact.

00:03:13

Also note that some options may be restricted or unavailable

00:03:18

depending on the security rules set by your IT department.
