Teams - Generate an attendance report Tutorial

Open the teams attendance report by accessing the people panel during a meeting and selecting the three dots to download the participant list as a CSV file. After the meeting, open the chat or meeting summary, click the attendance tab, and view a summary with the number present, start and end times, and average participation. Details per participant show first participation, last departure, duration, and role. Use Download to export the CSV for Excel, then filter or archive as needed; ensure you are an organizer or co-organizer if the tab isn’t visible.
