Available in AI - Artificial Intelligence

00:00:04

when you first start using artificial intelligence.

00:00:07

Fortunately,

00:00:08

co-pilot is here to help you create and improve your prompts.

00:00:12

From teams,

00:00:13

click on applications,

00:00:15

then use the search bar to find prompt coach and install it.

00:00:20

You can also add it directly from co-pilot by selecting get agents.

00:00:25

Once installed,

00:00:27

prompt coach becomes accessible directly within co-pilot chat

00:00:30

alongside the other co-pilot agents.

00:00:34

Upon opening,

00:00:35

several suggestions will illustrate the agent's capabilities,

00:00:38

such as generating a prompt in co-pilot,

00:00:41

analyzing and improving your prompt,

00:00:43

and optimizing the wording to achieve better results.

00:00:46

Let's go through a few concrete examples.

00:00:49

Suppose you want to write a cover letter in Word.

00:00:52

Ask the coach to generate an appropriate prompt.

00:00:56

If your request is neither precise nor contextualized,

00:01:00

the coach will prompt you to provide

00:01:02

additional information regarding the purpose of the letter

00:01:04

and elements to include,

00:01:06

such as your experiences.

00:01:08

Co-pilot will also ask you to specify

00:01:10

your expectations about the structure or content.

00:01:14

Respond within the conversation thread.

00:01:17

To better contextualize your future prompt,

00:01:20

paste the content of the job that you're applying to.

00:01:23

This will help adjust the prompt accordingly.

00:01:26

Then indicate to co-pilot that you have nothing else to provide

00:01:30

and that the letter should be dynamic to make

00:01:32

the reader want to invite you for an interview.

00:01:37

A final

00:01:38

optimized prompt ready to be used in your word processor

00:01:42

will then be generated.

00:01:43

You can still refine the result via co-pilot in Word or manually.

00:01:50

Now let's consider another need related to

00:01:52

creating a questionnaire in Microsoft forms.

00:01:55

If you already have a base prompt but want to improve it,

00:01:58

submit it to the coach who will offer

00:02:00

an enhanced version and explain the modifications made.

00:02:03

As in the first example,

00:02:05

you can provide details about your needs and expectations.

00:02:10

Finally,

00:02:10

since you're in co-pilot agent,

00:02:12

you might wonder if the coach can help you create your own agent.

00:02:17

Again,

00:02:17

details will be needed.

00:02:20

Specify that you want your agent to answer

00:02:23

questions about the internal workings of the company,

00:02:25

such as security procedures.

00:02:31

The coach will then propose an appropriate prompt along with

00:02:34

advice you can use when creating your own agent.

00:02:37

In summary,

00:02:37

the prompt coach guides you in

00:02:39

constructing your request to obtain relevant results

00:02:42

in your various interactions with co-pilot,

00:02:44

thereby fully leveraging its capabilities.
