But how can you ensure that it will not be

00:00:09

reared indiscriminately by your collaborators

00:00:12

When you first share your document,

00:00:14

select the people you choose and sharing option so that only

00:00:18

the people you choose can view and edit the document.

00:00:21

You can target both internal and external individuals to your organisation,

00:00:25

but they will not be able to share the document further.

00:00:29

You can also block the download of the document to

00:00:31

prevent third parties from retrieving it on their devices.

00:00:35

Note that you will need to prohibit the

00:00:37

editing of the document to enable this option.

00:00:40

Your collaborators will then only be able to

00:00:43

view it without making any modifications or downloading it

00:00:47

important.

00:00:48

If you have previously shared your document with more lenient options,

00:00:51

be sure to disable those links.
