Available in AI - Artificial Intelligence

00:00:07

you can easily and quickly generate professional quality videos.

00:00:11

When you click on Create a video,

00:00:13

you'll have two main options.

00:00:15

Start from a written prompt you create.

00:00:18

Or use an existing template to guide the process.

00:00:22

For example,

00:00:23

let's say I want to create a training video on password best practices

00:00:27

as part of our cybersecurity course catalog.

00:00:30

I choose to keep the default template offered by co-pilot.

00:00:34

From there,

00:00:35

the AI handles everything

00:00:37

from writing the script to generating the voiceover.

00:00:40

Strong password management is your first line of defense against online threats.

00:00:46

By following a few best practices,

00:00:48

you can protect your accounts and personal information,

00:00:51

keeping your digital life secure and stress free.

00:00:55

Once the first draft is ready,

00:00:57

I can fine tune a variety of settings,

00:01:00

style,

00:01:01

tone,

00:01:03

Voice,

00:01:04

and even background music.

00:01:06

I generate a second version while keeping the original draft

00:01:10

in case I want to go back to it later.

00:01:12

We rely on passwords every day,

00:01:15

yet it's easy to overlook their importance.

00:01:17

Taking a little time to care for your passwords not only protects your information,

00:01:22

it offers peace of mind.

00:01:24

Let's reflect on simple,

00:01:26

supportive ways to make password.

00:01:28

The generated video is made using real stock footage.

00:01:32

Not AI generated images,

00:01:35

providing a natural polished look.

00:01:38

If I want to share the video with my team,

00:01:40

that's easy too.

00:01:41

And if I'm comfortable with video editing,

00:01:44

I can click edit and clip champ.

00:01:46

This takes me to Microsoft's built-in video editor

00:01:50

where I can refine the visuals further.

00:01:52

Co-pilot remains available to assist me during this step as well.

00:01:57

When I'm ready to export and publish the video,

00:02:00

I do it directly within Clip champ.

00:02:04

The second method for creating a video is to convert a PowerPoint presentation.

00:02:09

I simply select the file and click Create a video from this presentation.

00:02:14

I can also add a few notes to the prompt to help guide co-pilot.

00:02:18

The AI doesn't just read the slides,

00:02:21

it builds a smooth,

00:02:23

coherent narrative,

00:02:24

avoiding redundancy between what's shown and what's said.

00:02:28

in the clip champ subfolder inside your videos folder.

00:02:59

That makes it easy to find your projects and continue editing them whenever needed.
