like to reuse or share with your colleagues?

00:00:11

Co-pilot chat offers several convenient options for that.

00:00:16

Let's take an example.

00:00:17

I've composed a prompt and the result is perfectly relevant.

00:00:22

I go back to the prompt.

00:00:24

Of course,

00:00:25

I can modify it directly in the text field

00:00:28

or simply copy it to send by email or chat.

00:00:32

But even better,

00:00:32

I can save it or copy its link.

00:00:36

By clicking on save prompt,

00:00:38

I give my prompt a title and confirm.

00:00:42

Co-pilot then tells me that the prompt is now stored in the prompt gallery.

00:00:49

To find it later,

00:00:50

I click see more.

00:00:52

Prompt gallery

00:00:54

Then your prompts.

00:00:56

I just need to select the one I'm interested in

00:00:59

to insert it into a new conversation.

00:01:03

I can also remove it from the gallery at any time.

00:01:07

From this same gallery,

00:01:08

I can share my prompt with my whole team.

00:01:17

A new team prompts tab will group all shared prompts from the teams I belong to.

00:01:24

For more convenience,

00:01:25

the team list can also be filtered.

00:01:28

Another option,

00:01:29

I can click copy link

00:01:31

to send the prompt directly to a colleague

00:01:34

ready to use.

00:01:37

This generates a copy of the prompt,

00:01:39

the result,

00:01:40

and a shareable link.

00:01:43

And if I want to revoke access,

00:01:45

I click the gear icon to open manage access,

00:01:49

where I can delete all related links.

00:01:52

Thanks to these features,

00:01:54

co-pilot not only simplifies prompt management

00:01:58

but also enhances teamwork and collaboration.
