Teams - Analyze Team Activity Tutorial

Analyze team activity by opening the team, selecting Manage team, and choosing the Analytics tab. View the summary of active users, active guests, and meetings over a period, with engagement including posts, replies, reactions, and mentions. Data appears as day-by-day graphs and can be adjusted for last 7, 30, or 90 days. Refine the view to a single channel, such as the general channel, to focus indicators on that channel. Learn to read these metrics and filter by period or channel.

00:00:06
it is always possible to analyze its activity,
00:00:09
number of people who are really active,
00:00:12
volume of exchanges,
00:00:14
participation in meetings,
00:00:16
these indicators make it possible to measure
00:00:19
beyond the feeling
00:00:21
the real life of a team's team.
00:00:24
Let's take a look at where to find them and how to read them.
00:00:28
Go to the team to analyze,
00:00:30
click on the three dots next to their name,
00:00:33
then choose manage team.
00:00:35
On the page that opens,
00:00:37
select the analytics tab.
00:00:39
This tab first displays a summary,
00:00:42
the number of active users,
00:00:44
active guests,
00:00:45
and meetings held over the period.
00:00:47
Right next to it,
00:00:48
the engagement part details the number of posts,
00:00:52
replies,
00:00:53
reactions,
00:00:53
and mentions.
00:00:55
Below the same data is represented in the form of graphs day by day,
00:01:00
active users meetings,
00:01:02
and then engagement.
00:01:04
By default,
00:01:05
the display is for the last 7 days,
00:01:08
but the period menu allows you to expand the analysis window
00:01:11
to the last 30 or 90 days
00:01:14
to take a step back from a trend rather than a simple snapshot.
00:01:18
You can also refine the analysis to a single channel
00:01:22
using the select channel menu,
00:01:25
for example,
00:01:26
by choosing the general channel over the last 7 days.
00:01:30
You will find exactly the same indicators,
00:01:33
but refocused on this specific channel
00:01:36
rather than on the entire team.
00:01:39
You now know how to access the statistics of a team's team,
00:01:43
read the key indicators,
00:01:44
and filter them by period or channel.
