why not ask it to generate a file directly?

00:00:12

Let's start with an example,

00:00:14

creating a recruitment plan.

00:00:19

Co-pilot provides a complete answer.

00:00:23

Then offers to create a visual workflow diagram,

00:00:26

an Excel tracking template or DEI metrics to track.

00:00:31

I choose PowerPoint

00:00:33

In just a few seconds,

00:00:34

the file is ready for download.

00:00:37

The content is structured and even contains images and formatting.

00:00:47

Let's test another case.

00:00:49

I asked co-pilot for information about my company,

00:00:53

Mandarin Academy.

00:00:56

It performs a web search and provides a relevant answer.

00:01:00

To go deeper,

00:01:01

I ask for a comparative analysis

00:01:04

with competitors anonymized.

00:01:13

Finally,

00:01:13

I ask you to export the table in Excel format.

00:01:21

And there it is.

00:01:26

Co-pilot can go even further.

00:01:28

It can also generate infographics.

00:01:31

For example,

00:01:32

I asked for an infographic with Mandarin's key statistics.

00:01:37

The result is a clear visual summary.

00:01:41

Though it may contain minor errors,

00:01:44

so it's best to review it carefully.

00:01:48

Thanks to these features,

00:01:49

co-pilot chat becomes a true document generator

00:01:53

far beyond a simple conversational assistant,

00:01:57

even if file customization is still highly recommended.
