we will demonstrate how to handle multiple calls at once using Team's phone.

00:00:10

Whether you need to place calls on hold,

00:00:12

switch between two conversations,

00:00:14

or merge calls.

00:00:15

This feature is ideal for those who frequently

00:00:18

manage multiple contacts at the same time.

00:00:21

When you're already on a call and another call comes in,

00:00:23

a notification will pop up on the screen.

00:00:26

Click to accept the new call.

00:00:28

Your first call will automatically be placed on hold,

00:00:31

and the new call will open in a separate window.

00:00:34

To switch back to the first call,

00:00:36

click reassume.

00:00:37

The 2nd call will then be put on hold.

00:00:40

This enables you to easily toggle between conversations without losing either.

00:00:45

If you wish to merge the calls,

00:00:47

one of them must be with an external phone number.

00:00:50

Follow these steps to merge the two calls.

00:00:53

Click the three dots

00:00:54

in the call window.

00:00:56

Select Merge calls from the options.

00:01:00

Confirm by selecting the call you want to merge from the list that appears.

00:01:04

You will now be in a conference call with both participants,

00:01:07

allowing for a group conversation.

00:01:11

If you need to exit the conference while allowing the others to continue,

00:01:14

click the arrow next to leave at the top right of the screen.

00:01:17

A drop down menu will offer two options.

00:01:20

Leave,

00:01:21

exits the call without ending it,

00:01:22

so the other participants can continue their conversation.

00:01:26

End meeting ends the call for everyone.

00:01:28

Choose the option that best suits your needs.

00:01:32

And that's it,

00:01:33

you now know how to.

00:01:36

Manage multiple calls simultaneously in teams.

00:01:40

Switch easily between calls and

00:01:43

merge calls for a conference.

00:01:45

This functionality will streamline your communications

00:01:48

and help boost productivity on busy call days.
