qualitatively analyze text within your workbooks.

00:00:12

Let's take an example.

00:00:13

I have a workbook containing fictional customer

00:00:16

reviews from an online learning platform.

00:00:20

The data was extracted into Excel and includes usernames,

00:00:24

dates,

00:00:24

and customer comments.

00:00:27

I opened the co-pilot pane

00:00:29

and ask it to summarize the comments.

00:00:32

Within seconds,

00:00:33

it provides a structured summary of the reviews.

00:00:36

Grouped by topic.

00:00:39

That's already very useful,

00:00:40

but I want to go further and identify both positive and negative points.

00:00:45

I asked co-pilot

00:00:47

And it instantly generates this analysis for me.

00:00:51

This feature saves valuable time by eliminating the

00:00:54

need for a separate text analysis tool,

00:00:56

providing a simple and efficient solution directly within Excel.
