You have been using Microsoft SharePoint

00:00:02

for quite some time now and also

00:00:05

started using the Microsoft pages.

00:00:07

Here we can find a page dedicated

00:00:09

to what is Microsoft 365 and

00:00:11

it was written by Amory.

00:00:13

At the bottom of the page we can

00:00:16

see that Stephen left a comment

00:00:19

congratulating him on his great article.

00:00:22

The comments on modern

00:00:23

pages are nowadays just another

00:00:25

way of communicating now that

00:00:27

Microsoft Teams is so

00:00:29

popular and so commonly used.

00:00:31

Let's see together in the

00:00:33

SharePoint admin center how we

00:00:36

can prevent comment on set pages.

00:00:38

To do so, start by going to the settings

00:00:42

on the left pane and then Pages.

00:00:44

The third option.

00:00:46

From here you can allow commenting on

00:00:49

modern ages or not and also allow users

00:00:51

to create new modern pages or not.

00:00:54

Here I wish to allow them to create pages,

00:00:57

but not to comment on them.

00:01:00

I want to make sure that as many

00:01:02

users as possible use Microsoft Teams.

00:01:05

I want to reduce the numbers of ways

00:01:08

to communicate in organization.

00:01:10

Order to make things as simple as possible.
