Teams - Schedule a Message Tutorial

Schedule a message in Teams: learn to prepare a message and have it sent later. Start in a private chat or a channel, write as if sending now, choose schedule from the plus button, pick date and time, then continue and post. The scheduled message shows the chosen date and time, remains editable until sent, and can be edited or canceled before posting. The same steps apply to private messages and channel posts.
