Several times he has modified an important document without informing me

00:00:11

and has made mistakes.

00:00:14

Initially frustrated,

00:00:15

I started writing a message on teams

00:00:18

that would have likely escalated the conflict.

00:00:22

However,

00:00:22

with a sudden moment of clarity,

00:00:24

I decided to apply the desk method to diffuse the situation properly.

00:00:29

I will begin by describing the situation.

00:00:33

Then express my feelings.

00:00:36

Next,

00:00:37

I will highlight the solution and finish by discussing

00:00:39

the potential positive consequences of our new approach.

00:00:44

Moreover,

00:00:45

now that I am calmer,

00:00:46

I remember that it is possible on SharePoint

00:00:49

to access the version history of my document,

00:00:52

significantly reducing the impact of my colleague's error.
